This Contributor Agreement is last updated on 12 May 2026. Please read the terms and conditions of this Contributor Agreement (“Contributor Agreement”) carefully before accepting. This Contributor Agreement, which may be amended from time to time, outlines the rights you are granting to Goallex in any Source Content, and what uses Goallex may make of the Source Content. You must be a User in order to be a Contributor. Your use of the Service is governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Here are the terms you are agreeing to when you contribute Source Content to Goallex.
1. Our Service
1.1 Our Service Goallex operates an online information platform that allows users to apply a variety of informational and visual content in their daily lives for self-development, wellness, and educational purposes. You may choose to give Goallex the right to use from open online resources or contribute to the Service blocks of information, images, illustrations, videos, and other content, along with any associated text, for license to other Users (“Source Content”) to be represented and used as Guided Experience Micro Action programs (“Maps”). Any User who contributes Source Content to the Service shall be referred to as a “Contributor”. Contributors must be over the age of 18 years (or the minimum legal age required in their country to enter into an agreement).
1.2 Contributor Guidelines You agree to follow Goallex’s Content Guidelines (“Guidelines”), which will be published 30 days before the product launch and can be updated from time to time. Goallex can make changes to the Guidelines without telling you if it considers that the change is likely to benefit you or have a neutral impact on you. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any change to the Guidelines that, in our sole determination, materially adversely affects Contributors' rights or your use of the Service. We may provide you with this notice via the Service and/or by email to the email address associated with your account.
1.3 Refusal of Source Content by Goallex By submitting Source Content, you acknowledge that Goallex may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence tools provided by third parties, to evaluate your submissions. While these tools are designed to uphold our content standards, they may occasionally misclassify submissions. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may request a review by contacting support.
Goallex may, in its discretion:
- (a) refuse to accept any Source Content;
- (b) remove any Source Content from the Service;
- (c) pause your account;
- (d) impose submission limits on your account; or
- (e) place a temporary hold on review of Source Content from your account.
For example, Goallex may take these actions where Goallex reasonably considers that your Source Content:
- (f) is not of acceptable quality;
- (g) infringes a third party's rights;
- (h) violates Goallex’s Guidelines or the Terms of this Agreement;
- (i) is fraudulent;
- (j) would or does subject Goallex or its Users to legal action.
1.4 Removal of Source Content by You You have the right to remove any of your Source Content from our Service at any time for any reason, including by withdrawing entirely from the Contributor program. Goallex will use reasonable efforts to cause the Source Content to be removed from the Service and affiliated or partner websites within thirty (30) days of your deactivation of such Source Content, allowing existing users to complete it. New users cannot start the map after your withdrawal. Public presentation of such Source Content on your channel is removed immediately.
However, you agree that any licenses issued by Goallex in respect of any Source Content (following our Content License Agreement that will be published 30 days before the product launch) that is removed from the Service will remain in full force and effect under the terms of that license. In addition, you also agree that Goallex will be able to keep a copy of any Source Content that you removed indefinitely for legal/accounting records or de-identified usage statistics, and you may separately permit any map to remain permanently available.
2. Ownership, Releases and Your License Grant and Warranty
2.1 Ownership Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to transfer any copyright to Goallex. The copyright in and to all Source Content, notwithstanding that it was created by the Goallex team using the Contributor's content available online or submitted by the Contributor, remains with the owner of such copyright. All Source Content submitted to the Service must be owned by you or used by you under sufficient licences and permissions to grant the rights described in this Agreement.
2.2 License Grant By submitting any Source Content to the Service or at the pre-beta stage, signing up and allowing Goallex to use your content available online (strictly upon your approval to be published at the launch), you hereby grant Goallex, a worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to host, deliver, reproduce, create derivative works of, store, publicly display, adapt, translate, market, sublicense and monetise the approved Source Content through Goallex and explicitly identified Goallex distribution channels, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Goallex may also use, reproduce, create derivative works of, store, publicly display, transmit, broadcast, adapt and sublicense any Source Content to promote, advertise, use for educational purposes and otherwise market Goallex, and develop and improve Goallex products and services (and those of its affiliates, related bodies corporate and third-party service providers) without additional compensation to you (except as otherwise agreed or as outlined in this Agreement). Marketing may include, but is not limited to, the use of Source Content within the Service, and also social media and networking sites.
You agree that Goallex shall have the right, but not the obligation, to license all Source Content to its Users in accordance with our Content License Agreement or any other license offered by Goallex. This includes the right of Goallex to license Source Content to its users via a subscription model. The specific terms that will govern specific Source Content will be determined by the Content License Agreement (or equivalent terms). You also agree that Goallex may grant or sublicense any rights granted under this Agreement to its service providers, affiliates, related bodies corporate, or other third parties for use on any versions of the Service throughout the world.
We claim no copyright in the content submitted to us by others.
The pre-beta permission model will be the following. You sign up and send us the links to your online resources, including the content that we can select to be adapted. Goallex prepares draft guided maps around your original content. We agree with you on all the public representation for your channel, including its name, avatar, slogan, and description. Before the launch, Goallex has the right to publish examples of your content on the Goallex website and its other online resources for marketing and promotional purposes. However, no maps are published as an official creator map on your channel until you review and approve them. The link to your full channel activation will be sent to you for approval before the launch. The full monetisation terms will be offered separately.
2.3 Warranty You agree that you are solely responsible for all Source Content that you make available on or through the Service. You represent and warrant that
(1) you are either the sole and exclusive owner of all Source Content or you have all rights, licences, consents and releases that are necessary to grant to us the rights in such Source Content as contemplated in this Contributor Agreement; and
(2) neither the Source Content nor the posting, uploading, publication, sending or receiving of the Source Content or our use of the Source Content on, through or by means of the Service will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
2.4 Metadata and Data Labelling From time to time, Goallex may apply or edit the metadata to Source Content for the purposes of search and discoverability of the Goallex library. This may include applying machine learning and predictive analytics to improve our service for users. This could include: topics and focuses (e.g., fitness, dieting, self-education), components, difficulty, duration, equipment, contraindications, format, audience suitability, language, content type (e.g., high-protein meal plan most suitable for man over 60, yoga technique including fall-asleep breathing exercise for women); labelling raw individual data (e.g., “green salad with egg”); detecting content prohibited by our Terms of Use for moderation and security purposes (e.g. pornographic or copyright-protected material); translating content, and others. Further, Goallex users may apply and publish descriptive labels to individual instances of Source Content for the purposes of accessibility, including by machine learning technology. This could include labelling raw individual data (e.g. “green salad with eggs”). By submitting Source Content to Goallex, you agree that your content may be used and sublicensed by Goallex for these purposes.
2.5 Attribution Goallex will always attribute you as the author of your Source Content in the Goallex library. Creator attribution remains attached to all public Goallex adaptations. Users may copy a map into their private account, but may not present the creator’s content as their own. All modifications must retain a “Based on content by [Creator]” attribution. No false attribution is acceptable. Material public adaptations require your permission or clearly indicate that the version was modified by the user. All moral-rights consent is limited to the specific formatting and adaptation necessary to operate Goallex. Don’t forget that all of our Users are subject to Goallex’s Acceptable Use Policy.
2.6 Use of Source Content to develop and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models
- (a) You agree that, pursuant to the License Grant under Section 2.3, Goallex has the right and license to use your Source Content to develop and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Goallex confirms that no creator’s content is used to train general-purpose or external AI models unless the creator separately opts in.
- (b) You acknowledge and agree that Users may use Source Content for the permitted uses under our Content License Agreement or any other license offered by Goallex and are under no obligation to inform Goallex or you of the uses made of any Source Content.
- (c) You acknowledge and agree that Goallex can still use automated systems for transcription, moderation, map formatting, metadata, search, recommendations, translation, and creator-approved adaptations. But those operational uses will be distinguished from model training.
3. Payment Terms
Upon introduction of paid subscription plans, Goallex will pay you a royalty for each unique, deduplicated license issued for your Source Content, which Users can obtain by either
- (a) purchasing your services,
- (b) signing up for your support plans, or
- (c) holding an eligible Goallex subscription.
The royalty model will be officially published on the Goallex website, and you will be notified 30 days before it starts.
4. Termination
Participation in Goallex’s Contributor program requires you to remain in good standing throughout the term of our relationship. If Goallex determines that your continued participation in the program is causing, or has the potential to cause, harm to Goallex or any of its Users, Goallex may terminate your participation in the Contributor Program and remove your Source Content from the Service. This may include, but is not limited to, if you are found to:
- (a) violate this agreement;
- (b) excessively submit Source Content that does not meet the Guidelines or Goallex determines to be fraudulent or unauthorised, including: duplication of the same content; copyright infringement; trademark infringement; misappropriation of likeness/identity; false credentials/expertise claims; misleading or deceptive testimonials; “miracle cure” or unsubstantiated health claims; harmful/dangerous advice; AI-generated content misrepresentation; affiliate marketing or sponsored content undisclosed; use of stolen or hacked data/research; content generated by bots/automated accounts; repurposed or generic content without value-add; content with exaggerated or sensationalist claims; content promoting unethical practices, or any similar.
- (c) download other creators’ Source Content for unauthorised use;
- (d) engage in conduct that harms Goallex’s reputation or brings the Creators programme into disrepute;
- (e) harass Goallex staff or any other Contributor or user.
5. Assignment
Goallex may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a related body corporate. You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement without Goallex’s prior written approval.
